Newly opened on 8 October 2021, the roadside station Minami-Echizen Sankairi is located right next to the Nanjo service area located along the inbound route of the Hokuriku Expressway, making it easily accessible from both the expressway and the non-toll roads. Cha-meshi (tea rice), which is a local dish in Minami-Echizen. The rice is cooked in a tea broth, and its delicate taste definitely grows on you.


I recommend these sweet treats that use ume plums from the Kono region!
